Events & Filming: No parties, events, film shoots, photoshoots, or weddings are allowed without prior written approval, applicable fees, and permits. Pets: We love dogs! One dog per booking is allowed. Please add your dog to your reservation. No other types of animals are permitted. Pool & Spa: Maintenance is performed twice a week, taking about 10 minutes, and will be done in the outdoor area only. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Available for $50/hr with prior approval and subject to availability. Stargazing Dome: The dome is not designed for professional stargazing. You can see the stars from inside, but the clearest view is outdoors. The property has a large water tank, but please use water mindfully, keep showers short and use only what’s necessary.
